For men’s good health it is most important that he maintains a certain amount of discipline in his life. The discipline includes getting up from bed at fixed hours and also going to sleep at night in a particular time. One should maintain good and healthy food habit. Eating irregularly and the food containing extra calories and fat may result into bad health in the longer run. Therefore one should resist themselves from such wrong habits. This is the reason in armed forces a special emphasis is given in the discipline. A disciplined soldier can always maintain better health and give better service to his nation.
